The blue ray reacts with the teeth whitening gel which helps remove the stains adhered on the teeth's surface. We don't use peroxide in our gels  so no need to worry about any discomfort.

The Nü Smile teeth whitening kit is so simple to use in just three easy steps:

Step 1:  Attach mouthpiece to LED light.

Step 2 :Apply a 1/4 of the gel to the top and 1/4 to the bottom of the mouth tray.

Step 3: Insert the mouth tray into your mouth and turn on the LED light.

To achieve best results Nü Smile recommend to use the light kit for 30 minutes per session over the six days.
